Our event planning services are geared to save you time, energy and hassle. You won’t have to worry about the endless details associated with planning a corporate event, social get-together or wedding, and you’ll be able to relax and mingle with your guests at the event itself.
 Our goal is to make sure that your meeting or celebration is a success from start to finish and that you’ve stayed within budget!
In fact, helping you budget appropriately and get the most for your money is part of the job we enjoy most and that clients most appreciate. We also know, based on experience, where corners can be cut and where they really shouldn’t be.
Because every event is unique and every client has their own preference as to the amount of assistance they require, we can tailor an event planning package to suit your needs.
Event Consultation
If you have the time and energy to do most of the work, hiring me as your Event Consultant is an affordable way to put my expertise to work for you. I’ll answer questions, offer suggestions, recommend vendors and help you deal with problems that arise – and I’ll pull in expertise and assistance from members of my event planning team as needed.

Event Planning and Management
From creating a timeline (perhaps a year in advance), contacting vendors and negotiating contracts to actually attending the event to supervise and manage its operation, our attention to detail, extensive list of contacts and comprehensive approach assures that your party or event will run smoothly – and that there’s a backup plan in place just in case there’s a problem.
Theme Generation and Idea Creation

 There is a minimum booking of six hours on the Event Day.  A booking deposit of $300 is required, but is also payable to the hours booked.
